The Ordering Party reserves the right to: 1) terminate or invalidate this inquiry (RFI) without giving a reason, 2) the possibility of changing the description and terms of order execution before the deadline for submitting price information, 3) conducting price negotiations in the form of an auction or in writing electronically, depending on the Ordering Party's choice. This announcement does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code and is public, with the exception of price information obtained from the Contractors, the Ordering Party will not provide information on the valuation made by other participants. Submitting a valuation is tantamount to acceptance of all conditions of the procedure and execution of the order.
