Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagents for highly specialized research methods within 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. The subject of the order was divided into parts. A detailed description and method of order fulfillment are included Attachment No. 3 description of the subject of the order/price form to be completed by the Contractor and Attachment No. 6 - draft contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make quantitative and material shifts in relation to the quantity and type of assortment specified in description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ) with the proviso that the total value of the ordered subject matter of the contract will not exceed the amount indicated as the gross value of the contract, subject to point 9 (right of option) Reagents covered by the contract: 1)they are brand new, full value, are not samples, have not previously been the subject of exhibitions, presentations, scientific research, development work, research services, are not a post-demonstration or reconditioned item, have not been previously used in any purpose by another entity; 2) they do not have any defects that limit their proper use; 3) come directly from the manufacturer or from the manufacturer's legal distribution channels; 4) are packed in original packaging manufacturer; the packaging is intact, has security measures used by the manufacturer and signs identifying the subject of the order, in particular (if applicable): the manufacturer's trademark or brand...
