DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER. 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of protective and work clothing, hereinafter referred to as clothing, for the needs of MPEC Sp. z o. o. wOlsztynie.2.The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3.Contractor guarantees high quality, consistency and uniformity of the offered protective and work clothing throughout the entire period of contract implementation. 4. The offered protective and work clothing must be brand new, packed and delivered in original packaging, marked logo and name of the manufacturer/importer and information regarding, among others, the name of the product, size/size, raw material composition of the basic material, year of production, PN/EN number that the clothing meets. 5. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee of at least 12 months counted from the date of delivery of the clothes to the registered office of the Ordering Party. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order non-standard clothing tailored to the employee's size at the Ordering Party's individual request. For this purpose, the Contractor estimates tailoring corrections included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ for the indicated assortment. 7. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with samples of the offered clothing range, i.e.: 7.1. Work sweatshirt manufacturer: Sara Workwear model: Dragon in accordance with the description in Annex No. 1, item 1 to SWZ; marked in accordance with point 4 of Chapter II of the SWZ; 7.2.
