Tender Details

Successful delivery of PES nonwoven fabric produced by water punching 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of PES nonwoven fabric produced by water punching in a basic quantity of 130, 000 kg. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in point 4 of the SWZ. 2. Quantities of nonwoven fabric with individual parameters indicated in point. 4.2 SWZ are estimates, they were determined on the basis of the Ordering Party's current demand and indicate the order of quantity of nonwoven fabric orders expected by the Ordering Party. with the given parameters. These quantities may change in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party, i.e. changes in the ordered quantities of nonwoven fabric with the indicated parameters are allowed up to the value of the contract. 3. The product must be delivered in its original condition factory packaging, with protection measures used by the manufacturer. The packaging must enable full identification of the product e.g. quantity, type, parameters, expiration date, etc. without disturbing the packaging. The ordering party does not set any requirements regarding the type returnable or non-returnable packaging, and in the case of returnable packaging, all costs of their use are borne by the Contractor. 4. Each delivery must be accompanied by: - quality certificate/attestation or document confirming the possession of a quality assurance system. The quality certificate/certificate should contain data on the parameters required by the Ordering Party (including standards) of the product, such as: surface weight, thickness, elongation and tensile strength...
