Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the supply of conjugate vaccines for injection in pre-filled syringes for the active immunization of children from 6 weeks of age against invasive meningococcal disease caused by Neisseria meningitidis groups A, C, W-135 and Y in an amount of 250 pcs. The Ordering Party reserves that the given quantities are estimates and may change by 30% depending on the future needs of the Ordering Party. Therefore, the quantities actually ordered will constitute the actual demand. The contractor is not entitled to any claims for performance of the contract below its valueand, on which it will be concluded in compliance with the above-mentioned rules. The detailed scope of the order is specified in the product and price specification - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
