The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medical products divided into 6 parts. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 2a (applies to lot No. 3) to this SWZ. Detailed rules specifying the type, circumstances of exercising the option and the maximum value of the option are included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
