1. The subject of the order includes successive stages of fertilization in 2026.2. The place of delivery is the registered office of the ordering party, i.e. Siemiatycze, ul. Armii Krajowej 26 (concrete plant).3. The order will be fulfilled as part of deliveries, based on each time placed orders by phone or e-mail within 7 (seven) days of placing the order from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by an authorized employee of the Ordering Party. 4. Confirmation that the steps are approved for installation in circles must be: current Declaration of Performance issued by the manufacturer of feeder steps based on the current standard PN-EN 13101:2005 Steps for feeder wells. Requirements, marking, testing and conformity assessment. 5. The order includes the delivery of: a) landing stages double U 327 with an arm length of 230 mm with a core of a solid steel bar, back color with the inscription P.K. Sp. z o. o. Siemiatycze (class I) in a minimum quantity of 25, 000 pieces, a maximum of 34, 000 pieces; b) step sleeves in a quantity of a minimum of 60, 000 pieces and a maximum of 80, 000 pieces.
