Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the successive delivery of light fuel oil to the District Social Welfare Home in Niemojowice over a period of 24 months, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, in the following estimated assortments and quantities: a) in the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2027 110, 000 Litres. b) monthly supply will be from 1000 to 6000 liters. In exceptional cases, a smaller amount, but not less than 500 liters; c) the layout of the access roads and the width of the entrance gate enable the access of tankers with a capacity of approximately 20, 000 liters.2. The volume of one-time supplies of heating oil will be at the same level 70-90% of the fuel tank capacity. Capacity of fuel tanks owned by the Ordering Party - 10, 000 liters (5 pcs. x 2000 liters).3. The supplied fuel oil must have the following parameters: a) density at a temperature of 15oC max. 860 kg/m3; b) calorific value min. 42 MJ/kg; c) ignition temperature min. 56oC;d) sulfur content max. 0.2% (m/m);e) water content max. 200 mg/kg; f) kinematic viscosity at 20oC max. 6 mm2/s;g) the contractor will deliver the oil by specialized transport equipped with verified equipment for measuring the drained oil...
