1. The subject of the order is: Successive delivery of laboratory glassware and laboratory accessories for the implementation of the task entitled: Research network of life sciences universities for the development of the Polish dairy sector research project3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the document entitled: Description of the subject of the order - Assortment and price sheet, which is Appendix No. 1.1 to SWZ.4. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations regarding the implementation of the subject of the order is specified in document titled Draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU), constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make quantitative changes between individual product items while maintaining the rules set out in the SWZ and Draft Provisions of the Agreement. The quantities indicated in the Assortment and Price Sheet (Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ) are estimates, concern the basic order and are intended only for comparison and evaluation of offers.
