Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the successive delivery of internal drives (HDD - 70 pcs.), specified in Annex No. 2 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as components. The offered components must be brand new and unused (without damage or manufacturing defects), come from the current production (not older than 2025), has appropriate certificates and standards allowing them to be sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland.2) The scope of the order includes: purchase of components along with their delivery, transport, unloading and bringing to the indicated place by the Ordering Party. The indicated number of ordered components is the maximum, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to exhaust the entire subject of the order, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect. The ordering party guarantees the performance of the contract minimum level 40% of the contract value. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.4) The order in question will be implemented from the date of conclusion of the contract for a period of 12 months or until exhaustion of the number of ordered components indicated in the SWZ, if they are exhausted before this deadline, ...
