1. The subject of this order is: successive deliveries of food products intended for current nutrition in the assortment and quantities included in the lists constituting an attachment in the EXCEL format, Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party indicates that cyclical deliveries are made, each time they should be adapted in terms of weight and subject matter to the order placed.3. The Ordering Party does not envisage dividing the product range included in individual parts of the order referred to in point. 5.4. Detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.5. The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer for one of the parts described in the Description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, as well as in the Price Form - Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. The Ordering Party will consider each partial offer separately.
