Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is: successive deliveries of food products intended for current nutritional needs in the assortment and quantities included in the tables constituting an attachment in the EXCEL format, Appendix No. 1A to SWZ. The subject of the order will be implemented for two institutions located in three places: 1) Local Government Kindergarten No. 39 in Biaymstok, ul. Wincentego Witosa 22.2) Local Government Kindergarten No. 50 in Biaymstok, ul. Upalna 74, and the building at ul. Upalna 26.2. The Ordering Party notes that e cyclical deliveries are made, each time they should be adapted in terms of weight and subject matter to the order placed.3. The Ordering Party does not envisage dividing the product range included in individual parts of the order referred to in point. 5.4. Detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer for one of the parts described in the Description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, as well as in the Price Form - Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. The Ordering Party will consider each partial offer separately.
