The subject of the order is the implementation of successive deliveries of food products for the needs of the Intergenerational Activity Center Nowolipie. Part I of the subject of the order concerns the supply of dairy products. The subject of the order will be delivered to the following locations: 1) CAM, , Nowolipie ul. Nowolipie 25B, 01-002 Warszawa, 2) ul. Stalowa 29, 03-426 Warszawa, 3) ul. Ceramiczna 9B, 03-126 Warszawa, 4) ul. Korotyskiego 13, 02-121 Warszawa. The Ordering Party does not envisage a one-time collection of the entire subject of the order, but successive, regular ordering of the assortment in small batches depending on the actual needs for food products. Delivery costs, including unloading and bringing the goods to the room indicated by the Ordering Party's representative, should be included in the price offer. The detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 5A to the SWZ. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to fulfill the order for a maximum of 25% of the order value in relation to each part of the subject of the order. Completion of the order is dependent on depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The contractor will not be entitled to any claim in this respect.
