Name of part No. 3: Successive delivery of dairy products - dairy products for the Education and Upbringing Complex in Swaroyn, part No. 31) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the draft contract and the list of assortments, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (so-called Price Form) which is the subject of the order in part No. 3, which will constitute Annex No. 1 to the contract.2) The use of the manufacturers' names serves only to specify the subject of the order. By the concept of an equivalent product, the Ordering Party understands products similar to these lower quality parameters, having the same food qualities (taste, smell, color, aesthetics, consistency) and containing at least the same raw materials used for production as the products specified by the Ordering Party and with an approximate weight.
