Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of drinks to the Restaurant Wabrzyskie Centrum Sportowo-Rekreacyjne AQUAZDRJ Sp. z o. o. at ul. Ratuszowa 6 in Wabrzych, in accordance with the assortment and price form, constituting Appendix No. 1a of this ToR, which describes in detail the assortment constituting the subject of the order.2. According to current needs, the Ordering Party will order drinks from the Contractor according to the detailed lists included in Annex No. 1a. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the quantity of the subject of the contract by 20% in relation to the quantities indicated in the assortment and price forms3. The subject of the order also includes the transport service of the delivered products to the headquarters of the Ordering Party.4. The contractor should have a car that meets sanitary requirements, in accordance with the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1448) in connection with Regulation No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of April 29, 2004 on food hygiene (annex no. 2 to the regulation), which will be used to deliver the subject of the order.
