The offered subject of the order must be approved for trading and use as a medical device - applies only to medical devices. By medical devices that are the subject of the order, you should: understand medical devices within the meaning of the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017 on medical devices. Offered products medical devices must be approved for trading and use in Poland under the terms specified in the Medical Devices Act. 4. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party mentioned above in the Assortment and Price Form, be factory-made new and ready to use accordingly intended use without making additional purchases. 5.
