Successful delivery of chemical reagents
The expected assortment and quantities of reagents are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order/Assortment and price form, subject to the provisions of point 5) below.
2) The offered reagents must be brand new and come from current production (i.e. produced no earlier than 12 months before the date of receipt of the subject of the order) and have a shelf life of not less than 12 months from the date of signing acceptance protocol, except for those chemical reagents for which the manufacturer has reserved a shorter expiration date. Reagents should be free from physical and legal defects and have all appropriate certificates and certificates confirming the admission of the supplied product to trading on the market. territory of the Republic of Poland, if this requirement applies.
3) The scope of the order includes: delivery of reagents, their transport, unloading and bringing to the place of destination.
4) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ;
5) The subject of the order, specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ, has been prepared on the basis of an analysis of deliveries made over the last 24 months, as part of several dozen research programs, the continuation of which requires the absolute use of reagents from the same manufacturer.
