Tender Details

Successful delivery of chemical reagents 1) The subject of the order is successive (carried out in batches depending on needs) deliveries of chemical reagents. The expected assortment and quantities of reagents are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Detailed description subject of the order/Assortment and price form, subject to the provisions of point 5 below. 2) The offered reagents must be brand new and come from current production (i.e. produced no earlier than 12 months before the date of receipt of the item order) and have a shelf life of not less than 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol, with the exception of those chemical reagents for which the manufacturer has reserved a shorter shelf life. Reagents should be free from physical defects and legal regulations and have all relevant certificates and certificates confirming the admission of the supplied product to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 3) The scope of the order includes: delivery of reagents, their transport, unloading and bringing to the site destiny. 4) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; 5) The subject of the order, specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, was prepared on the basis of an analysis of deliveries made over the last 12 months, as part of the ongoing several dozen research programs, the continuation of which requires the absolute use of reagents from the same manufacturer.
