Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of brand new brushes for RAVO, Schmidt Cleango, Multihog, Pronar sweepers, specified in the assortment and price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.2. The ordering party guarantees the purchase of brushes in quantity 15% of the values ​​indicated in Annex 2 to the SWZ. It is possible to modify individual items and order levels within the amount covered by the contract. The contractor is not entitled to any claims for failure to order all the quantities of brushes included in the attachment. No. 2 to SWZ.3. The contractor is responsible for any shortages and defects in the delivered brushes.4. The subject of the order will be delivered at the expense of the Contractor to the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. 05-825 Chrzanw Duy ul. Ecological 1.
