Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of sets for the preparation of blood components to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź, divided into three Packages (parts): 1) Package 1 - Connection sets for RBC filtration; 2) Package 2 - UKKP decanting kits from buffy coats; 3) Package 3 - Kits for the reduction of biological pathogens in plasma and platelet concentrates suspended in plasma/RW compatible with the equipment owned by the Ordering Party Mirasol system for inactivation of infectious agents. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annexes No. 2 and 9 to the SWZ. 3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (Designed provisions of the contract). 4. Whenever in SWZ and its annexes, the subject of the contract is described by indicating trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, this should only be understood as presenting an example of a product, process, solution or functionality, i.e. specifying the minimum quality parameters and functional features of the product, material or technology, and it should be assumed that such an indication is always accompanied by the expression "or equivalent(s)". Such an indication is intended only to clarify the expectations of the Ordering Party.
