The subject of the order is the successive delivery and unloading of cationic asphalt emulsion modified with C69BP3 PU polymers, intended for surface treatment, partial renovations and road maintenance works. bitumen. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the scope of the order, including reducing the quantity of emulsion ordered, depending on actual needs, weather conditions and other circumstances affecting the conduct of road works. the basic quantity of the order, i.e. delivery and unloading of the cationic asphalt emulsion covered by the order, is 48 Mg. The contractor is not entitled to any claims against the ordering party for not using the full quantity of the subject of the order in accordance with the law options, in particular claims for payment for the unfulfilled part of the order, compensation or lost profits. The Contractor's remuneration will be due only for the quantity of emulsion actually ordered and delivered.
