Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of the aggregates listed below, divided into two (2) Parts. Part 1. 1.1. Sand - estimated quantity approx. 3, 600 tons. Hay sand, backfill sand, used for ballast and backfilling of pre-insulated pipes and soil replacement load-bearing. Abrasive sand with grains with rounded edges. The sand grain size must be in the range between grain size curve A and grain size curve B, in accordance with the attached drawing of the grain size curve required for pre-insulated pipe technology (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ). Fine-grained sand max 8%. Grain size: - maximum grain thickness ≤ 32 mm, - maximum 10% of the weight volume ≤ 0.075 mm or maximum 3% of the weight volume ≤ 0.020 mm. The material must not contain harmful amounts of plant residues, humus soil, lumps of clay or silt. Material without large grains with sharp edges that could damage the pipeline or joint. Annex No. 2 to the SWZ will constitute an Annex to the contract if the Contractor obtains an order in this Part). 1.2. Road mixture with a grain size of 0-31.5 mm (mechanically stabilized, without cement) - estimated quantity approx. 200 tons.
