1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of 144 tons of cold mineral-asphalt mixture to the Road Circuit in Iawa (14-200 Iawa, Ul. Wyszyskiego 45) and to the Road Circuit in Susz (14-240 Susz, Karolewo 17) 2. The minimum quantity of deliveries is 72 Mg and the maximum total quantity of supplies - 144 Mg3. Mixture min. cold-laying asphalt must meet the following conditions: - must be produced on the basis of fine-grained aggregate and modified asphalts, - can be used at temperatures from -15 o C to +30 o C (without heating the mass), - it must be packed in tight bags, - the mass must be delivered in transports of at least 24 tons on pallets (not damaged) enabling transport with a hand pallet truck, which will become the responsibility of the ordering party after the mass is delivered, in case it will not be possible to drive a hand pallet truck under the pallet, the Ordering Party will refuse to accept the goods to the supplier and the associated costs will be borne by the contractor, - it must be produced within 60 days before the planned delivery, - it must have a minimum shelf life of 6 months. - the delivery of the material being the subject of this order will be made on each separate order, specified...
