Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of photocopier paper, in accordance with with the current needs of the Military Police Headquarters in Łódź and the units of the Łódź garrison and the Management Board in Łódź of the Central Police Investigation Bureau of the Police Headquarters, the Central Combating Bureau Cybercrime, Department in Łódź of the Internal Affairs Office of the Police Headquarters, by product range, quantities and quality requirements indicated in the Assortment and Price Form - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ 2. The Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then will qualify subjective assessment of the contractor whose offer was rated the highest, regarding the lack of grounds exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings, in accordance with Art. 139 section 1 uPzp (so-called reverse procedure). 3.In connection with the application procedures under Art. 139 section 1, The Ordering Party does not require the declaration referred to in Art. to be submitted with the offer. 125 section 1uPzp.
