Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of office supplies for the needs of the employees of the Michaowice Commune Office.2. The subject of the order will be implemented successively, in batches resulting from the current needs of the Ordering Party's Employees. 3. Detailed scope of the order and rules execution of the order were specified in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ, and in the Product and Price Form, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver each ordered delivery to the Office building Michaowice commune, located in Reguach ul. Aleja Powstacw Warszawy 1.5. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with applicable law, while maintaining due diligence required from a professional Contractor.6. The Contractor undertakes to successively deliver office materials to the indicated room at the Ordering Party's headquarters and on the dates specified in the contract.7. The delivered assortment must meet the subject and quality standards contained in the declaration "conformity" or "certificate of conformity" of the manufacturer.
