1. The Contractor declares that the medicinal product offered under this task has valid documents authorizing marketing on within the Republic of Poland - in accordance with applicable law. At the stage of order execution, copies of the documents in question and characteristics the medicinal product will be transferred to the Ordering Party immediately at his request.
2. The ordering party requires the name of the proposed product to be included along with the EAN code (column no. 10).
3. The Ordering Party allows the valuation of preparations in packages of a different size than that specified by the Ordering Party, and their quantity should be calculated appropriately by rounding them up.
