Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of diesel oil (ON).2. Delivery conditions: a) Delivery of diesel oil within a period of 8 months in a minimum quantity of 150, 000 liters; b) The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right, i.e. during the agreements for the purchase of larger quantities of fuel (up to 40% of the value of the basic order) depending on the demand resulting from difficult to predict market conditions. The maximum amount of fuel, taking into account the option law, is set at 210, 000 liters;c) To the calculation of the offer price assumes the maximum amount of fuel (i.e. 210, 000 liters), while the final amount of fuel delivered will result from the deliveries actually made. d) The Ordering Party will place an order as needed. A large number of one-offs are expected diesel oil supplies in the range of 7-12 thousand. liters.e) The fuel covered by the subject of the order should meet the quality requirements specified in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 1018, as amended);f) The Contractor will deliver fuel throughout the duration of the contract on the next business day at...
