The subject of the order is successive deliveries to the headquarters of Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. z o. o. in Marszów 50 A, 68 200 Żary, diesel oil (ON), depending on the existing weather conditions (ambient temperature), respectively: summer, transitional, winter, the method of delivery and quality of which will meet the requirements contained in currently applicable legal provisions, in particular the Act of August 25, 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1529) and in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and meeting the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN 590:2022-08.
