The detailed scope of the order is determined by: 1) Assortment and price form (Appendix No. 2), 2) Assortment divided into individual areas (Appendix No. 3), 3) List of areas along with with contact details and persons authorized to collect (Appendix No. 4), 4) Contract template - (Appendix No. 5). Order completion date: from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from September 1, 2026 to December 28, 2026. Basic frequency of successive deliveries ordered products to all areas - once a week (Friday) from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The number of deliveries per week offered by the Contractor constitutes the tender evaluation criterion (Chapter XI).
