Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of photocopying paper, in accordance with the current needs of the Police Headquarters in Łodź and the units of the Łodź garrison, as well as the Management Board in Łodź of the Central Police Investigation Bureau of the Police Headquarters, the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime, the Łodź Department of the Internal Affairs Bureaudepartments of the Police Headquarters and the Police Training Center in Łodź based in Sieradz, according to the assortment, quantity and quality requirements indicated in the Assortment and price form - Annex No. 2 to SWZ.

2. The ordering party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform a subjective qualification of the workthe bidder whose offer was rated the highest, regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings, in accordance with Art. 139 section 1 of the Act on Public Procurement (the so-called reverse procedure). 3. In connection with the application of the procedure under Art. 1, the Ordering Party does not require the submission of an axis with the offerbenefits referred to in Art. 125 section 1uPzp. The ordering party will request this declaration only from the contractor whose offer receives the highest evaluation. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 points 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the procurement procedurecontract, if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the order are not granted.
