Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of cigarettes and tobacco products to the Ordering Party's gas stations, intended for further resale. 2) The scope and quantity of the products covered by the subject of the order are described in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Description of the item orders.3) The order will be implemented successively, and the quantitative scope indicated in point 2) applies to the entire contract implementation period.4) The terms of delivery and settlement are specified in the Draft Agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 6 to SWZ5) Subject of the order it must be correctly marked with appropriate excise stamps, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 7, 2019 on marking excise products with excise stamps (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1753); cannot be imported, imported on territory of the country as a result of intra-Community acquisition outside the excise duty suspension procedure.6) The contractor is obliged to deliver first-class quality goods that meet quality standards (PN) for a given product range.
