Successful deliveries of aggregate (partnership) The subject of the order are successive deliveries of aggregate - 0/16 mm fractions Purpose: layer of improved substrate 5, 000.00 tons Requirements WT - 4 By the phrase "CT requirement - 4", the Ordering Party understands that delivered aggregates should meet the quality and technical requirements listed in Table 6 in document WT-4 constituting Annex No. 3 to Order No. 102 of the General Director for National Roads and Motorways of November 19, 2010, regarding the application technical requirements on national roads. The Ordering Party requires that deliveries of aggregates be made successively upon request, specifying the location, quantity and frequency of deliveries during the day, between: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with a 3-day minimum in advance (3 business days). Due to the possibility of limitations in the carrying capacity of public and forest roads (including GVWR), obtaining all appropriate travel permits from the road manager is entirely the responsibility of the Contractor and is carried out on its behalf. Cost. Due to limited maneuvering space and the specificity of the forest road construction area, the delivered material will be unloaded to the place indicated by the ordering party's representative, directly onto the road under construction. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: the ability to control weigh the delivered material on a randomly selected truck scale with valid verification.
