1. The subject of the order is the successive provision of food delivery and serving services (catering service) for participants of postgraduate studies organized on the premises of the University of Economics in Katowice located on the University Campus at 1 Maja Street and at ul. Bogucicka and at ul. Adamski 7. 2. By providing successive catering services, the ordering party understands the service of preparing meals and drinks as well as their delivery/delivery and serving on the dates and quantities indicated each time by the ordering party in the order, using the contractor's own devices and equipment, dishes, products. The contractor will deliver and distribute meals and drinks in the place indicated by the ordering party. 3. The subject of the order has been divided into 2 modules (where a module is understood as a part).
