The purpose of this file is the external contracting of the Spanish sign language subtitling and interpretation services for people with hearing disabilities, and audio description for people with visual disabilities, as well as the Systems accessibility management. The objective of this contract is to meet the requirements established by law, giving continuity to the Accessibility services that are already being carried out at CRTVE (90% of the broadcast for subtitling and 15 hours per week for sign language and audio description), as a continuation of the files from previous years.
