The Owner is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to perform subsurface explorations and deliver geotechnical data reports for three City-owned sites identified for potential stormwater treatment practices (STPs). The Agreement will utilize EJCDC E-530, Agreement Between Owner and Geotechnical Engineer for Professional Services. The Agreement may be amended as mutually agreed upon for additional services in support of design and construction of these STPs by others, or for further exploration of alternative sites.
