Substitute supply The municipality of Boden is in need of substitutes for its operations within the Labor Market and Education Administration. ​The service refers to the hiring of personnel (short-term staffing) in order to cover temporary personnel needs that may arise as a result of for example, work peaks, employees quitting, becoming ill, being on duty or parental leave or other absences. The hiring of personnel refers to periods of time from a single working day up to a few months or longer, and includes both planned as unplanned absence and continuity is therefore important. The activities of the Labor Market and Education Administration are covered by; preschool, after-school center, special school within primary and secondary school, primary school grades 1-6, primary school grades 7-9, high school, music school, adult school including SFI and within the administration's kitchen units. The municipality of Boden provides educational activities and care of high quality as a whole for children and young people and lays the foundation for and promotes lifelong learning, where dialogue and participation is a path to development and high goal achievement. In Boden's schools, all children and young people, in everyday teaching, should be given learning, faith in the future and tools to influence and shape their own future and that of the locality.
