The object of the acquisition is the Substitute Mediation System and its support and maintenance services, integrations with other systems and separately ordered expert services. The system is purchased as a SaaS service. The object of the acquisition and the requirements for it are described in detail in this call for tenders and its attachments. The customer chooses one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into an agreement. The procurement contract must be used only by Istekki Oy and the parties to the resulting contract are only Istekki Oy and selected Supplier. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istek's customers are not contracting parties to this competition or the procurement contract based on it. The purchase quantities presented in the request for tender are estimates, and do not constitute a contract for the customer quantity purchase obligation.
