1. The subject of the order is the provision of complete substantive assessment services of the first (first) and second (second) level of applications (including annexes) for co-financing of projects (in the form of non-repayable funds - grants), submitted as part of the call for applications for co-financing of projects of the "NaszEauto" priority program (hereinafter referred to as "applications") submitted by natural persons and natural persons running sole proprietorships.
