Description: The procurement will cover the following areas:

1. Open drug rehabilitation (alcohol, other drugs, functional addictions)

2. Ryhmäavokuntoutus

- The tenderer must indicate in his tender the age group for which the service is provided

(a) young people aged between 15 and 22

(b) adults 23 years of age and over

3. Institutional withdrawal treatment for the treatment of substance abuse withdrawal symptoms and for breaking the substance abuse cycle

4. Institutional rehabilitation (alcohol, other intoxicants, functional addictions)

- The tenderer must indicate in his tender the age group for which the service is provided

(a) young people aged between 15 and 22

(b) adults aged 23 to 65 years

(c) the elderly are over 65 years of age.

The City of Porvoo's goal is to focus on outpatient care and the priority of its own services, as well as to reduce the need for institutional care by developing outpatient care services and the service package. The aim is also to strengthen peer support and experiential expertise.
