Supported housing is arranged for homeless people who need support for independent living or transitioning to independent living. Support consists of social guidance, i.e guidance, advice and assistance. Supported living is implemented as support provided in the customer's home and outside the home. Housing is based on a rental relationship between the customer and the service provider, in which the rental of a residential apartment is followed provided by law. The service to be procured is described in more detail in the tender documents. Six (6) tenderers who submitted an offer in accordance with the tender request will be selected as service providers in order of priority according to the lowest price. The estimated procurement the total value without value added tax, including the option periods for the total duration of the procurement procedure, is 6, 735, 000 euros.
