Subscription technical support, repair and elimination of accidents that occurred on 1 piece of elevator equipment located in the building of "DKTC XVII - Sofia" EOOD with address: Sofia, Evlogi i Hristo Georgievi Blvd. No. 108" Subscription maintenance of elevator systems includes: work, prevention, lubrication, cleaning, adjustment and adjustment activities, the performance of all functional checks (once a month) and technical maintenance of the elevators (six times a year), defined in the current normative documents, 24-hour continuous emergency servicing, performing a mandatory audit by the State Technical Supervision, cleaning elevator shafts, greasing and lubrication of assemblies and details and keeping technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance on safe operation and the technical supervision of elevators. ​​​​​​​ The subscription maintenance of the elevator systems includes: work, prevention, lubrication, cleaning, adjustment and adjustment activities, the performance of all functional checks (once a month) and technical servicing of the elevators (six times a year), defined in the current normative documents, 24-hour continuous emergency service, mandatory revision by the State Technical Supervision, cleaning of elevator shafts, greasing and lubrication of units and details and keeping technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance on safe operation and the technical supervision of elevators.
