The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Subscription to Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunks for the Internet Protocol-Private Branch Exchange (IP-PBX) of the Presidential Management Staff (PMS) (see attached) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (₱880, 000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
