Subscription service maintenance of automatic fire alarm systems, gas signaling and fire extinguishing systems and Centralized monitoring system Subscription service maintenance of automatic fire alarm installations, gas alarms and fire extinguishing installations and a centralized monitoring system, built in production and administrative facilities on the territory of "Maritsa East 2 TPP" EAD, according to technical requirements for a period of 2 years. The contracting authority will conclude framework agreements separately with three potential contractors, ranked from first to third place inclusive, provided that there are a sufficient number of offers that meet the previously announced conditions of the Contracting Authority. Provided they are not available a sufficient number of participants who meet the selection criteria, or a sufficient number of offers that meet the previously announced conditions of the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority may conclude a framework agreement with less than three potential performers. For the conclusion of each specific contract that is awarded under the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority will conduct an internal competitive selection by sending an invitation to participate to all persons with whom a framework agreement has already been concluded pursuant to Art. 82, para. 4 of the ZOP, and will determine the executor of the relevant contract based on the criterion: "lowest price".
