1. The Department of Education, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) VII, requests for a price quotation for the project, Subscription to Online Research Materials, particularly described and detailed in the Project Reference, hereto attached as Appendix “A”.
2. Said quotation shall be received on or before 10:00 A.M. on 18 November 2025 by courier or by hand-delivery at the address given below:
