Subscription manager - early deliveries

This lot concerns the delivery of newspaper and magazine subscriptionshrifts for a specific time, namely between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m.; the tenderer must therefore take the necessary measures to make this service possible; In GC 2.1 the tenderer can indicate how he will set up this procedure.
