The subject of this public procurement covers the provision of subscription support for all NSSI licenses of the ARIS Business Procedure System for a period of 24 months.
The scope of the order includes activities for: providing software support for those owned by the NSSI Licenses in ARIS System for a period of 24 months, including:
3 ARIS Architect Licenses, version 10 with Enterprise Architecture Management Extension;
1 ARIS Architect License, Version 10;
3 ARIS Designer licenses, version 10;
1 ARIS Connect Server License;
Aris Connect Viewer for 60 users.
Ensuring the performance of the existing functionality of the ARIS script integrated for the needs of the NSSI - ARIS specialized report to generate internal work procedures based on detailed working processes.
Maintenance of licenses and existing Script should be complete by providing the following services without limiting the listed:
Ensuring the full performance of software products, ARIS Licenses Database and ARIS Connect Licenses;
Providing updates, fixes (corrections) and technical improvements;
Elimination of established defects (bugs/errors) in software products;
Performing the system once every six months by monitoring the work on basic parameters and assisting the administrators and users of the NSSI if necessary;
