Description : TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS



A. Contract/Subscription Duration/Period:

• 10 Months (March 1 - Dec 31, 2025) *

B. Required Speed:

• Fiber Internet and has a speed of up to 600 Mbps

C. Guaranteed Internet Access:

• At least 50 Mbps

D. At least 5G bandwidth

E. Waived Installation Fee*

F. Tech Support:

• Twenty-four (24) hours and Seven (7) days a week Technical Support.

G. Dedicated Account Manager or Technical Support to Provide a single point of contact during business hours.

H. Requirements:

• Installation

• Must provide at least 4 WIFI mesh or extenders*

• Must provide necessary equipment for the installation, such as smart switch hub, ethernet cable, router, etc.*
