The purpose of this System for Award Management (SAM) announcement is to seek business sources capable of competing for this requirement.
GENERAL SCOPE
The Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence (TFI) requires an enterprise-wide license to a commercial global trade database subscription service. Acquiring this type of subscription service is crucial for TFI researchers, who report this data to Treasury senior policymakers.
The purpose of this requirement is for the selected contractor to provide the following subscription services to users in TFI:
Enterprise-wide license for global access to a comprehensive trade data database, including all HS Codes at the Tariff Line Level, maintained in real-time for a variety of countries
The ability for data delivery by FTP and API
Dedicated customer support to resolve issues and offer trainings (when needed)
The database must include information for the following regions and countries:
Asia and Middle East
Including China, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Myanmar, etc.
Europe
Including Slovakia, Malta, etc.
Africa
Including Zambia, Nambia, Madagascar, etc.
