Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF MUNTINLUPA now invites bids for the Subscription to the Electronic Record Book System intended for Elementary Schools (*re-posted)/798. Delivery of the Goods is required within 6 months from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
