Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DTI-CAR now invites bids for the Subscription, Delivery and Installation of Portable Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite Internet for Official Use of DTI-CAR Offices using the Competitive Bidding.
